I would like to create space for the voices and lived experiences of scientists from historically underrepresented or less heard communities. Voices help us understand how inequality is produced, felt, normalised, and sometimes ignored.

This anonymous form invites you to share one short reflection about a situation that affected your ability to stay, grow, lead, or belong in science. The goal is not to collect formal data or individual complaints, but to listen, build empathy, and make visible some realities that often remain hidden behind demographic plots.
